Notes: Intense straw yellow. On the nose there are notes of broom and chamomile, quince. In the mouth it is fresh and sapid, with a bitter finish.

Notes: Straw yellow, very marked mineral notes emerge on the nose, together with different types of spices and citrus scents. On the palate it is fresh and sapid, with a good persistence.

Vinification: In cement tanks, maceration on the skins for the entire duration of spontaneous fermentation (on average 15/20 days). No clarification or filtration

Notes: Ruby red. On the nose there are notes of red fruit, blackberry, blueberry, plum and ethereal scents. On the palate it is fresh, quite soft and firmly sapid. Good persistence.
