No chemical fertilizers or herbicides are used on this farm. The only products that are used are biodynamic preparations: horn manure (500), silica (501), sowing green manure and compost (from manure produced on the farm) used for soil fertilization.

With the biodynamic method, farming is in tune with nature, the earth and people.

Fertilization, cultivation and animal husbandry are implemented in ways that respect and promote the fertility and vitality of the soil and at the same time the typical qualities of plant and animal species.

An important role is characterized by theinfluence of the moon in the cultivation and management of vineyards. All processing, both in the winery and in the field, strictly follows the phases of the moon.
